UMBC women's soccer's sophomore forward Alexa Quaranta garnered 2,076 of 6,338 total votes through the league's social media sites to become the 2013 America East Women's Soccer Fans' Choice Player of the Year. The Retrievers added a No. 10-ranking in the NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division I Women's Northeast Poll.
