Cambridge, Mass.- UMBC freshman guard Rodney Elliott has been named America East Conference Rookie of the Week for games ending Nov. 17, 2013. Elliott scored 24 of his 26 points after halftime, as the Retrievers wiped out a school-record 23-point deficit and rallied to defeat visiting Mount St. Mary's, 90-84, in overtime at the RAC Arena on Sunday.
