Navigating the AI Landscape at UMBC √ §
Part of the FDC Collaboratory Series
As generative AI evolves, its impact extends far beyond individual course syllabi. This session zooms out to explore how AI is shifting the broader academic ecosystem across UMBC. Join us for a multi-perspective dialogue featuring voices from across the university—including campus leadership, academic programs, and the student body. Instead of focusing strictly on classroom rules, this conversation will explore evolving campus trends, how students are actually experiencing these tools, and how we are adapting at the programmatic level. By stepping outside the individual classroom, faculty will gain a holistic understanding of AI's impact on our campus community to better inform their own teaching practice.
Panelists to be announced soon!
