UMBC faculty and students have provided expert commentary and written op-eds for outlets including the New York Times, Washington Post, The Atlantic, Huffington Post, Baltimore Sun, and more.
On April 17 at 1pm, the Center for Social Science Scholarship will host an interdisciplinary “Ask the Expert” virtual forum on social science responses to COVID-19, featuring faculty panelists from Emergency Health Services, History, Political Science, Psychology, and Public Policy. The Center for Social Science Scholarship is also building an online repository of COVID-19-related research and responses by members of the UMBC social science community.
