10/4 - Wellness Wednesday - Self-Defense Essentials!
Did you miss the first Self-Defense Essentials or want a refresher? Join us for this empowering Self-Defense Essentials with a twist! Lt. Bruce Perry, Commander Patrol and Sgt. Derrick Johns, Commander, Squad 2 of the UMBC Police will provide tips for being safe and demonstrating some techniques to show how to defend yourself against certain attacks. Please register here!
