Dinner with Friends
A conversation about issues affecting people at UMBC.
One night. Five dinners. Fifty guests.
An engaging, facilitated conversation that will enlighten and connect you with other members of the UMBC community. You will spend the evening sharing stories, learning about each other’s experiences with important issues affecting people at UMBC, and discussing how we can move forward together.
Choose from five table topics:
- Nutrition and food access
- Community, civic, and political engagement
- Neighborhood connections beyond Hilltop Circle (restaurants, shopping, etc.)
- Walkability and transit
- Environmental sustainability
