The Department of Chemical, Biochemical, and Environmental Engineering (CBEE) is offering a weekly seminar - ENCH 333 - in Fall 2023, focused on careers in the biopharmaceutical industry. The course will include lectures from experts at major pharmaceutical companies (e.g., Bayer, Merck, Eli Lilly, and AstraZeneca), covering a range of topics, including career paths in drug discovery, research, development, manufacturing, and supply chains.

NOTE: There are NO course prerequisites for this course, so it is open to students of ANY major! In the Schedule of Classes, it does list a minimum of 60 completed credits (Junior standing), but if a student has fewer than 60 credits and wants to enroll in the course, they can email the CBEE Department for a prerequisite override at cbee@umbc.edu.
