Did the Resurrection of Jesus Really Happen?
Q&A to follow the presentation
Tuesday, April 2, 2019 · 7 - 8:30 PM
In less than three weeks Christians around the world will celebrate Easter, a celebration of the resurrection of Jesus from the tomb on the third day after his crucifixion. But did this really happen? Is this even possible? Dr. Mark Lamontia, an engineer and frequent lecturer, will be presenting a seminar at UMBC titled "Did the Resurrection of Jesus Really Happen?" Dr. Lamontia has made presentations like this one at different college campuses and universities all over the east coast. It will be a very insightful and thought provoking lecture with an opportunity for Q&A afterwards so please bring any questions you may have about the content from the presentation. The event will take place from 7:00pm - 8:30pm in the ITE Building Room 237 on the UMBC campus. This event is free and open to UMBC students, faculty, staff, and the general public. All people from all faith backgrounds are welcome. Please invite your friends, classmates, and peers and come out and learn more about this topic.
