Your Story Belongs Here! faculty/staff edition is a storytelling experience featuring short videos from UMBC faculty and staff, sharing real moments of doubt, discovery, and belonging they encountered here in our community. This event provides space for NEW and RETURNING employees to be seen exactly as they are.
WHAT TO EXPECT

- Reflect in small-group guided dialogue about your own story at UMBC and beyond.
- Connect with colleagues across campus you may not otherwise get to know.
