Who do we picture when we imagine a “college student”? Too often, our assumptions are shaped by a traditional college experience that doesn’t reflect the realities of many of today’s learners. Join us for a conversation with Dr. Griselda Flores and Dennis Walker as we explore what it means to truly reimagine the college student. We’ll consider how experiences as a commuter, first-generation student, returning learner, veteran, caregiver, or someone navigating basic needs can shape a student’s relationship to campus—and how shifting our assumptions can help us build a campus where more students feel seen, supported, and able to thrive.
