Grounding and Release Yoga
A Critical Social Justice Event
The experiences we carry do not only live in our thoughts; they can also show up in our bodies. This yoga practice creates space to explore the connection between our bodies, stress, and the weight of navigating social and political challenges. Through gentle movement, grounding, reflection, participants will be invited to consider what they are carrying, what they may be ready to release, and what it means to intentionally make space for rest and care.
