Recently, the Division of Information Technology(DoIT) received multiple reports of job phishing emails from a Gmail account. The phishers are pretending to offer an Administrative Assistant job. Below is an example of the email. For privacy purposes, we removed the To field.

Hello <YOUR NAME>, My name is Stacy Dean, A new employee at UMBC, I will be resuming work in 2 weeks time, After reviewing your application for the Administrative Assistant job,I'm pleased to offer you the position of a Part time Administrative Assistant, You will be responsible for Making Purchases, receiving and making payment as well as Running personal errands
As my Administrative Assistant, You will work with me directly. This position will require just 6 to 10hours of your time weekly (Monday to Friday) and your working hours will be flexible with your schedule and studies. Your compensation package includes a weekly salary of $400, which will be paid into your account on Bi-weekly basis. You are also entitled to transportation/gas allowance. You will be able to work from home, School and any location
