The Industrial/Organizational Psychology Graduate Program at UMBC-Shady Grove presents: Managing Millennials in the Workplace.
Executive Director of Joblink and I/O Psychology faculty, Elliot Lasson, Ph.D., will compare generations, with the focus on how older generations can work with Millennials.
In today's workplace, there are three generational cohorts which make up the universe of employees. Each has it's own perspective, communication patterns and work styles. The newest group to emerge is the Millennial Generation or Gen Y. In this webinar, the generations will be compared and contrasted, with the focus on how older generations can best work with Millennials.
