Event & Conference Services (ECS) is hiring an undergraduate student office assistant for our on-campus office. This student would attend training during the fall semester (and possibly winter break) in preparation for the spring.
ECS facilitates thousands of events each year, so our student employees must have excellent customer service skills, pay attention to detail, be solution-oriented, and be comfortable phoning clients to discuss their events.
This position is open to undergraduate students, and applications/inquiries will only be accepted via the Handshake portal. Applicants must have and maintain at least a 2.5 semester and cumulative GPA, and be in good judicial standing.
