Congratulations to Haleemat on becoming the Student Commissioner for the Maryland Higher Education Commission for 2021-2022.
Within this role, Haleemat will have full-voting rights while representing students from across the state. Haleemat is a Sherman Scholar studying political science and elementary education. She is excited to serve and to represent her student peers.
