Blindspot: The Hidden Biases of Good People

Please join us for “Blindspot: The Hidden Biases of Good People,” an interactive workshop facilitated by Dr. Mahzarin Banaji, Senior Advisor to the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and Chair of Psychology at Harvard on Thursday, April 27th, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the Library on the 7th Floor.
In this workshop Dr. Banaji will share the science of how humans make decisions through hands-on and entertaining activities. This event focuses specifically on implicit bias and continues our efforts to implement best practices to recruit, retain, and advance a diverse and inclusively excellent professoriate. The workshop is open to all UMBC faculty.
