Looking for an interesting and relevant course to add to your fall schedule? Check out GWST's new class, GWST 390: Gender, Sexuality, and Political Dissent in Global Perspective!

Why do feminists like to say that the personal is political? In fact, is the personal political everywhere in the world? We will draw on feminist and queer studies of social movements and use case studies from around the world to analyze historical and present struggles for sexual and gender rights globally.
