Today, college students are faced with balancing competing priorities of being a student and the responsibilities that come with being an emerging adult. It is not unusual for young adults to experience the symptoms of anxiety or depression as a result. Join Retriever Integrated Health - Office of Health Promotion as we host a one-hour virtual workshop to help parents and families support their college student(s) by (1) identifying the signs of mental health distress, (2) providing strategies to support students in need, and (3) connecting students to available on-campus and off-campus resources.
