The first session of the popular Anxiety Toolbox workshop series is happening this Monday. It's the perfect opportunity to learn practical skills for understanding and managing anxiety.
Anxiety Toolbox 1: Understanding Anxiety & Building Your Foundation

What to Expect:
This introductory workshop will help you understand what anxiety is and will introduce foundational skills, including activities and breathing exercises, to start building your personal anxiety management toolbox.
Remember:
This is a non-clinical series from Retriever Integrated Health—no appointments are needed!
Open to any UMBC community member (students, faculty, staff).
Can't make all three? No problem! Joining even one session can provide valuable skills.
