Self-Care Fair

Self-Care Fair is a collaborative effort to encourage holistic and meaningful self-care. This event is designed to increase individual self-awareness, build resilience, self-confidence, and belief in one’s ability to cope with life’s uncertainties. Activities focus on educating students about campus resources and the promotion of personal responsibility, healthy eating, exercise, mindfulness, and relaxation.
