First let me say that I never seen such an interest in running for the Honors College Council's Executive Board! Before she passed, HCC President Yachi Madaan told me that she was not going to officially run for office this time as she was planning to graduate in December; therefore, I know she would be so thrilled at the numbers of people who want to serve the HCC as faithfully as she did in her time at UMBC. 

A few things of note:

• I am closing the ballot Sunday, May 4th, at 11:59pm --so don't wait to vote!
• With the exception of the President position, all positions have multiple candidates running, so please read ALL the election blurbs in each section before voting.
• You may also notice that a few people are running for multiple positions, so again, read each speech to decide where the person might best serve the HCC if you wish to vote for them.
• Apologies in advance for the wonky formatting in some spots. I can tell you that MY version looks smooth and properly done, so something is getting lost in digital translation. These mistakes are on "the system" and NOT the fault of the candidates.
• To access the ballot, you MUST log in using your UMBC credentials (as opposed to opening the link in gmail).
