Did you miss the webinar on reviewing applications for minimum qualifications? The recording is now available.
As a reminder beginning February 2, 2026 hiring departments will have access to review nonexempt applications in New status. The hiring manager or search committee chair will review the applications for minimum qualifications prior to forwarding to the search committee.
Any hiring department with a nonexempt position that is currently active in PageUp will continue to be sent reviewed applications by the Talent Acquisition team until the position is filled.
A new resource document is available on the HRSTM website outlining the process for reviewing applications including the substitution chart and calculation for pro-rating part-time experience. This is a great resource for both nonexempt and exempt staff positions.
