Caroline Wong has a nice, short, recent article in IDG Connect entitled "Leading Women & Changing the Face of IT Security. She's in senior technical management at Cigital, a well-respected information security firm. She was also recently interviewed on the Silver Bullet Podcast, which I recommend in general.
