The B’PAR GSO has been established for the expressed purpose of serving as a network, forum, and safe space for UMBC Graduate Students who are engaged in participatory research methods. Participatory research is a team based endeavor and requires collaboration across fields and disciplines, as well as in-depth engagement in local communities. The B’PAR GSO will be integral in fostering these collaboration.
