This assignment (see attached) is part of the UMBC LSAMP BD protocol. It is typically given in the summer, however, this year, we are giving you the information in the Fall. The expectation is that you will complete it by the end of June 2016. During the year, you will have some small assignments that come out of this larger project. Save your documentation for those assignments, and you can use them for this project.
Note that the end date is set for March 12, 2016. That is the ideal end date. You have been given an automatic extension to June 30, 2016.

This photo was taken while Miguel and Sophoria were still students. They gave presentations on their research at an LSAMP symposium on The Hill.
