Are you passionate about statistics and ready to take your academic and professional journey to the next level? Mu Sigma Rho, the Honor Society for Statistics Students, is here to support and recognize your excellence.
Membership Criteria:
Undergraduate:
- Completion of at least 2 years of college coursework.
- Completion of at least 8 semester hours (or 12 quarter hours) of statistics courses, with a minimum of 5 semester hours (or 7 quarter hours) at the junior level.
- Attainment of a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.40 (on a 4.0 scale) in all undergraduate level statistics courses.
- Maintenance of a GPA of at least 3.20 (on a 4.0 scale) in all undergraduate level courses.
Graduate:
- Completion of at least 12 semester hours (or 18 quarter hours) of graduate-level statistics courses.
- Attainment of a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale) in all graduate-level statistics courses.
- Enrollment as a graduate student in good standing.
