About This Group

Students in Art 427 (or ART 691 at the graduate level) curate an exhibition in the Baltimore metro area with support from the Department of Visual Arts, UMBC. Class exhibitions presented at the Chesapeake Arts Center in Brooklyn Park, Anne Arundel County featured these artists: 

Spring 2019: Jim Burger

Spring 2018: Peter Stern

Spring 2017: John Gornto

The following artists were featured through the class exhibition presented at The Creative Alliance at the Patterson in Baltimore:

Fall 2015: Tom Scott

Fall 2014:  Maxine Taylor

Fall 2013:  Robert Houston
