All P-card holders and P-card supervisors are required to attend a mandatory purchasing card (P-card) training session. The virtual training will cover essential information and guidelines for proper P-card usage.

Sessions will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the following dates:

• Tuesday, March 25
• Thursday, April 10
• Monday, April 14
• Tuesday, April 22

Please sign up for one session that best fits your schedule. Attendance at one of these sessions is mandatory for all cardholders and P-card supervisors.  If you're unable to attend one of these sessions, your P-card will be temporarily suspended on May 23, 2025, until such time that you can attend the next session, which is anticipated to be held quarterly.
