Gathering on the Green: Community Cookout!!!

Gathering on the Green is back! Join the UMBC community and local neighbors for an evening of connection, fun, and celebration in a welcoming and lively outdoor setting. Enjoy free food, live music, games, and activities for all ages.

Commuter Connections will be hosting a DIY Tie-Dye your own bag station. 

Whether you’re a UMBC student, a longtime local, or new to the area, this is the perfect opportunity to meet new people, build connections, and celebrate the spirit of our community. Hosted by UMBC and local community leaders - everyone is welcome! Bring a friend, bring your family, and come be part of this vibrant neighborhood tradition!!!

Directions from campus: Drive or walk down Popular Ave, pass Lot 24, until you reach Shelbourne Road, then turn right. Walk down until you see the event in the green space.
