Be sure to have supplies at the ready! All our hats will be made using paper or paper plates, but you will still need other tools to help you!
Supplies:
- Paper (at least 6 sheets)
- Paper Plates (at least two)
- Scissors
- Tape
- Markers (whatever colors you want)
