Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a key element in becoming an effective and inclusive leader, this Leadershop explores what being emotionally intelligent means and how it positively impacts leadership.We will learn about the Emotionally Intelligent Leadership (EIL) Model and focus on the consciousness of others. While engaging with the following capacities/topics: conflict management, displaying empathy, as well as inspiring and coaching others.
