The series consists of 1 hour workshops that focus on various student centered leadership-related topics facilitated by Campus Life staff and leadership peer facilitators. This program aims to contribute to the leadership development and ongoing learning of UMBC undergraduate students.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a key element in becoming an effective and inclusive leader, this Leadershop explores what being emotionally intelligent means and how it positively impacts the process of leadership. This is part 1 of 2 on the topic.
This session will empower the queer community at UMBC towards becoming strong leaders. Attendees will explore the importance of authentic leadership, and learn how to use identity to strengthen leadership skills.
