The Welcome Week team at UMBC is excited to begin the process of collecting information from departments and offices from across campus related to Welcome Week programming. Please review and submit this form if your office/department would like to participate in one of Welcome Week's signature events or if you already have a pre-existing event you would like featured in the Welcome Week Booklet. This form will be what Welcome Week uses to collect information for the Welcome Week booklet. If in doubt, submit your event.
We are collecting information for the following events/programs:
- RetreiverFest Participation
- Academic Resource Fair Participation
- Academic Departmental Open Houses
- Non-Academic Departmental Open Houses
- Pre-Existing Welcome Week Program (that does not fit into one of the above categories)
