Procurement is happy to announce the hiring of a new Director of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, Rosetta Butler.
She is a most welcome and long-awaited addition to our UMBC Procurement team!
Rosetta comes to us from Baltimore County Government, where she served as the Chief of Procurement and Logistics Services. She is very familiar with Procurement policies and procedures with federal and state regulations as she has an extensive background in education and government procurement.
Rose is excited to be a part of the procurement team and eager to contribute her expertise to UMBC.
