JHU/APL CIRCUIT Program Information Session

This in-person information session is for UMBC students interested in participating in the CIRCUIT program, which provides year-long, cohort-based research experiences for undergraduates. Students receive training, full-time summer salaries, and academic credit for part-time work during the school year.
CIRCUIT is led and funded by the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab (JHU/APL) with UMBC as a participating institution.
Students from all majors are invited to apply. Research projects are likely to come from topic areas such as:
- Artificial intelligence
- Data Science
- Cybersecurity
- Precision Medicine
- Planetary Exploration
- Environmental Science
- Neuroscience
- Material Science
- Biological Science
In addition to this October 12th in-person information session at UMBC, there will be two online information sessions hosted by APL via this Zoom link on:
- Tuesday October 11th at 5pm
- Wednesday October 19th at 4pm
