APL-UMBC Workshop on Institute for Trusted Space Systems
Thursday, January 24, 2019 · 9 AM - 3 PM
This is a workshop in support of a major initiative UMBC is launching in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab (APL): the Institute for Trusted Space Systems (ITSS).
After a brief overview, the meeting will consist of a rapid series of short presentations by attendees from the UMBC faculty and from APL staff. These will be grouped by topic into three one-hour sessions, followed by lunch (~noon to 1pm), followed by one-on-one and small group discussions stemming from the presentations.
We anticipate that the topic groups will include artificial intelligence and hardware security. A final determination will be made based on RSVPs.
To help us organize the sessions and to ensure adequate space and refreshments, RSVPs (via this myUMBC event) are requested by January 4th.
