As the Spring semester is now in full swing, we wanted to let current residents know that we are also preparing for Housing Applications for 2026-2027 academic year!! Please keep the following important dates in mind when planning for housing;
April 1 at 9 a.m. – May 1 at 11:59 p.m.**

Roommate Formation Deadline
June 15, 2026 at 5 p.m.
Housing Selection Dates
June 23-26, 2026
** Applicants that complete their housing application, electronically submit the housing contract, and pay the $200 Reservation Fee payment are guaranteed on-campus housing. The open contracting period will close on May 1 at 11:59 p.m. or when the first 1500 returning students finalize their applications, whichever comes sooner.
