We will be tabling by the locations listed below throughout the week and you are highly encouraged to fill out the survey for multiple locations.  The survey will take less than 3 minutes and at the end of the survey you will receive a coupon for a free Pact beverage if you enter your email address. The survey link is active until Thursday, November 19, 2015 and tabling at following locations on corresponding days will be going on until Friday, November 6, 2015.
