UMBC-Shady Grove is currently recruiting student extras for our episode of The College Tour on Amazon Prime. The College Tour is a tv show that is coming to film on campus helping tell the story of UMBC through the eyes of individual student stories.
Filming will take place November 29 through December 7 at various locations on and around both the UMBC home campus in Catonsville and at UMBC-Shady Grove in Rockville, MD.
If you'd like to participate, please sign up no later than this Tuesday, November 23: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1i6ewlzJvrOwmuXdmzE1bq4htTfv7uXlrBon4LQEIuws/edit#gid=106969233. You can sign up for any date on either campus, but please note that Shady Grove will be featured on December 3, and sign ups for that are on the second tab of this Google Sheet.
If you choose to participate, please know that you will be required to sign a photo and video release so that the footage can be used for marketing purposes. To complete the form at your convenience anytime up until November 29, visit: umbc.edu/go/1021 to request a release form (Shoot Title: College Tour). This will then trigger a DocuSign email with a release form for you to sign digitally.
This is a great opportunity to show off both our students and the larger story of UMBC to a wide audience, and we hope you'll choose to join us!
