(ARCHIVED) A Decade of E-Administration Utilization in Europe: A Tale of Income, Education, and Age-Related Digital Divides
A talk with Dr. Marco Albertini
Join us for a talk by Dr. Marco Albertini, Full Professor at the University of Bologna, examining how age, education, and income shape access to digital public services across Europe.
Drawing on Europe-wide data from before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, this talk explores how digital inequality has evolved alongside major public investments in e-administration. The findings highlight how digital divides remain dynamic and persistent, with particularly weaker protective effects of education and income among adults aged 75 and older.
