Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship Information Session

Want to study abroad and have a Pell Grant? The Benjamin A. Gilman Study Abroad Scholarship program is here to help you make your study abroad plans a reality!
Plan ahead by attending Study Abroad 101 if you haven't already to jumpstart your study abroad application process. Then, apply for the Benjamin A Gilman scholarship! The application deadline is March 1st, 2022. This scholarship is awarded to 1 in 4 applicants and is free to apply to! Students can be awarded up to $5,000 for Summer programs and $8,000 for semester programs. These funds can be used to help pay for study abroad expenses such as program tuition, housing while abroad, books and course materials, etc. There is also no GPA requirement to qualify for the Gilman Scholarship.
Students interested in studying abroad for at least 21 days and who have been awarded a Pell Grant are eligible to apply.
