We will discuss the itinerary, cultural activities, course options (IS298), and the ins and outs of the application process.
Program Overview
Spend Spring Break 2027 in Edinburgh, Scotland while earning 1 credit and a micro-credential in Intercultural Management Competency. This program explores how culture influences the practice of management through organizational visits, cultural immersion activities, and interactions with business leaders in Scotland. Students will gain firsthand insight into how managers operate in different cultural contexts while exploring one of Europe’s most historic and vibrant cities.

Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland, is known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and stunning architecture. The city blends centuries-old landmarks, such as Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, with a modern business and academic environment. Students will experience both the historic and contemporary sides of the city and examine how culture influences leadership, decision-making, and organizational practices.
