Gilman Workshop

The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship awards up to $5000 to fund study abroad programs from a minimum of four weeks in duration to as long as an academic year. Applicants must be recipients of a Pell Grant in order to be considered for this award.
Dr. Brian Souders, Associate Director of the UMBC International Education Services Office, will present a workshop on the Gilman Scholarship and give you strategies for making your application more competitive. The Gilman application deadline for Summer and Fall/academic year programs is March 4, 2014.
