Where My People At? Multicultural Engagement At UMBC
A virtual connection opportunity for incoming students
So…where my people at? is a three-part mini-series. These sessions provide first-year students, new transfers and graduate students an opportunity to learn more about life at UMBC as a student of color or those who are interested in getting involved with UMBC cultural student organizations. Hear from our i3b staff, current student organization leaders, staff and faculty advisors, and alums about multicultural engagement at UMBC.
Join us to make new connections, join a new group, meet student leaders, learn about campus resources including The Mosaic, and see what this community can offer you! This session will also show you how to find The Mosaic once you visit our campus, as well as a brief overview of our core programs. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
Click "going" and fill out our RSVP Form if you are planning to attend. Once you RSVP, you will receive a calendar invite.
Our i3b staff strives to create the most inclusive environment possible. If you need to request a disability-based accommodation or have any questions? Contact us at email@example.com. For our uploaded event recordings, attendee lists, works cited, and other materials, please check out our Initiatives for Identity, Inclusion and Belonging (i3b) Events Drive.
