How well do you navigate change in your personal and professional life? Do you have the strategies and the skills to move with it, not against it?
We all have experienced change-related stress in our personal and professional life. In this experiential session, we will dispel change myths and uncover change truths, reveal the predictable phases of change, and harness our own wisdom from previous lived experiences where we successfully adapted to change. We will also have time to discuss organizational change challenges and will share strategies for creating a change resilient mindset and ways to assess and articulate your capacity for change. Participants will be challenged to walk away with a new change mantra and 1 actionable nugget to implement to increase well-being and resilience in personal and/or professional life.
