Join Melody Wright, Manager of Learning & Development (HRSTM), for a session on improving your problem solving skills. Together we will work on:
- Defining and clarifying workplace problems
- Reframing challenges to uncover opportunities
- Root cause analysis techniques (e.g., Fishbone, Why-Why)
- Coming up with ideas using creative thinking tools
- Evaluating options with decision-making frameworks
- Applying a structured step-by-step problem-solving process
