The UMBC Performance Management Process period runs from April 1-March 30 each year. As we draw another performance year to a close, we welcome all in our community to take part in the USM Learning & Talent Development Committee Performance Review Prep mini conference.
We start the conference with networking time with colleagues from all 12 USM institutions. Then there will be two sessions per time block for registration. All sessions will be recorded, and a link provided after the conference. We end the conference with an opportunity to lunch and learn with colleagues.
