The Scheduling Coordinator kick off meetings are an opportunity for Scheduling Coordinators to review the best practices of scheduling and learn about any updates to the process. It is required that a Scheduling Coordinator RSVP and attend one kick off. You must sign up for this kick off meeting by
9am on August 14th. A copy of the agenda is listed below. You will be sent an e-mail with all documents by noon on August 14th.
