We are inviting you to attend our inaugural full day of training on June 25 with lunch. We will discuss immigration topics on international faculty, researchers, staff, and students. In our commitment to accompany department and research centers in international hiring, this training aims to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of immigration processes.
Overview: This training will cover a spectrum of topics related to immigration, ensuring that you are well-equipped to support our international faculty, staff, and scholars. The sessions will be designed to provide practical insights, address common challenges, and foster a deeper understanding of immigration in higher education.
Please come prepared with questions!
Who : The intended audience is seasoned and new staff, who are involved in the overall process of hiring/onboarding/terminating international employees, paid and unpaid, or anyone in your department who would like to learn about and understand our field.
When and where:
Tuesday, June 25 from 10 am to 3 pm, in UC201B – the room is in the back hallway on the UC 2nd floor.

Format: The training will be delivered in-person. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in discussions, ask questions, and receive guidance from our office.
