Change: How to Turn Uncertainty Into Opportunity
3-Part Program for Managers & Leaders
Tuesday, November 19, 2024 · 10 AM - 12 PM
(Canceled)
Change happens all the time, whether we choose it or it chooses us. Changes in leadership, priorities, structures and processes, like those that we have seen at UMBC, can be challenging, each initiating a transition that requires us to look beneath processes to understand the human side of change. In the end, it’s our people who will make change happen and we need the right combination of knowledge, skills, and strategies, as well as a common language to understand, cope with, and adapt to change.
Join UMBC Change Champions and Jill Wardell, as well as other UMBC managers and leaders on a three-part transformative journey with FranklinCovey’s: Change: How to Turn Uncertainty Into Opportunity Program.
Participants will explore their own experience of change and leave with a better understanding of themselves and their reactions, as well as a set tools to help them and their team to successfully navigate and lead change, turning uncertainty into an opportunity. This extended program also provides strategies to equip leaders to optimize any change management process. See the attached FranklinCovey flyer for additional program information.
